How We're Different
Building on my own experiences, I've created a system that I believe can help you. I will teach you and your team with 3-5 simple and effective physical and mental techniques you can use pretty much anywhere and at any time. There are no supplements, prescriptions, talk therapy, or expensive equipment. The goal is to help you noticeably reduce acute stress symptoms within minutes so you can keep moving forward in life. When used consistently, these methods can help you reduce the impacts of chronic stress as well.
Our group events include approximately 1.5 hours of hiking or paddleboarding, followed by roughly 1.5 hours of technique training. After these, a catered lunch is provided.
Individual sessions are 50 minutes and focus on the specific methods which are most likely to help you in the settings where your stresses come up.
