Stress Management Events and Training

Our Why

The consequences of the stresses in our lives are taking an increasingly heavy toll on many of us. When it isn't managed well, stress can make it hard for us to be our best at work, at home and even in our social lives. 37% of U.S. adults report being unable to do anything when they are stressed. Long term (chronic) stress can even have serious health consequences.

Our purpose is to equip teams, leaders, and entrepreneurs with simple, effective, and easy to use stress management techniques that can be used at the office, at home, or most anywhere else. Unlike talk therapy or other approaches, these methods are designed to help people deal with stressors in the moment so they can keep getting the most out of life.

My own experiences with stress really began when I was 7 years old and the federal government took my dad's business and most of everything that we had. The absurd saga lasted over 30 years. You can ready more about my story by clicking the button below.

Services

We offer stress management training events for businesses and teams as well as individual sessions for leaders and entreprenuers.

Group Events

Our events last about 4 hours and are designed for 4 -20 people. These include 1.5 hours of an outdoor activity like hiking or paddleboarding, followed by 1.5 hours of stress management training utilizing multiple techniques. Subsequently a catered lunch is provided. We can customize something for your group, so let's talk.

Individual Sessions

Individual sessions are 50 minutes and can be done either in-person or virtially. We will focus on the stress management techniques that seem likely to help you the most. These may include See, Hear, Feel mindfulness, Vagus nerve resets, diaphragmatic breathing, progressive muscle relaxation, and other methods.
