Service Description

Whether you've got a small group or a larger team, you'll enjoy about 90 minutes of recharging in nature. I will lead your group on a hike or a kayaking / paddleboarding excursion. Afterwards we'll focus on stress management training for about 90 more minutes. I will show you 3-5 simple and effective techniques that every attendee can use in their every day lives to deal with stresses when they come up. Afterwards, a catered lunch will be provided. There is a $400 deposit for these events. All costs are included in the $185 per person. We specialize in customizations so let's talk about what would work for your group.
