Service Description
Our individual sessions run for 50 minutes and are available in-person and virtually. The goal is to equip you with a few techniques that you can use during your day to help you noticeably reduce the symptoms of stress within minutes. We will focus on finding the most effective stress management tools for your specific life situations. These may include Vagus nerve resets, progressive muscle relaxation, mindfulness techniques, diaphragmatic breathing, and more. Together we will come up with the right stress management toolkit for you.
