Our private sessions run for 50 minutes and are available in-person and virtually. The goal is to equip you with a few techniques that you can use quickly and easily whenever stresses come up. We focus on finding the most effective stress management tools for your specific life situations. These may include Vagus nerve resets, progressive muscle relaxation, mindfulness techniques, diaphragmatic breathing, and more.
